What we offer
We offer one-to-one short-term (usually 6-12 sessions) and open-ended long-term psychodynamic psychotherapy for adults. Open-ended means that we can work together for as long as feels right for you.
Our in-depth approach offers the best chance of long-term positive change. We aim to help you overcome patterns of behaviour that no longer serve you, enabling you to find a healthier way forward.
The work is a collaborative process between therapist and client and it is important you feel at ease with your therapist. The initial consultation is an opportunity to meet, ask questions and discuss your expectations of therapy and to see if our approach is for you.
